Residents Club Central
Visit our 6,500 square foot Community Activity Center and you will find a Junior Olympic -size swimming pool with lap lanes, chairs for lounging, a convenient, cabana-style dressing room and a fun children’s water play park…a favorite to all! Our fitness room and lighted tennis courts offer residents the chance to stay healthy without paying high club dues or traveling far from home. Also, residents may rent the Community Center for family activities such as birthday bashes, weddings celebrations, family reunions and more! *
Residents Club East
A zero-entry swimming pool with a twisting water slide, a mushroom fountain and lap lanes highlights Residents Club East located along Deussen Parkway. A second pool features a spray park for the little ones with a zero entry for wading in. Residents Club East also offers a playground, volleyball court and picnic area. Part of the tree-filled 3.5-acre site has been preserved as a natural park with paths and benches.
Club Summerwood
One of the most sociable amenities anywhere, the new 3.5-acre Club Summerwood features a lodge-style clubhouse for parties, events and meetings*. Inside, the Club includes a Great Room for large gatherings and a more intimate coffee shop room that is a flexible space for children’s events or club meetings. Outside, a Great Lawn and stage invite residents to celebrate amid the natural environment. A “wild” splash pad and a series of lily pads invite residents to hop through this refreshing amenity.

Parks
Pack a picnic for a day at Summerwood’s own Lakeview Park with a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Houston, nautical children’s playground, gazebo, viewing dock and natural trails for exploring. Neighborhood pocket parks, playgrounds and picnic areas are sprinkled throughout the community. Hike and bike on our many miles of natural and paved trails that connect each neighborhood with the next. A sports park and butterfly shaped playground are located next to Summerwood Elementary School which are open to residents when school is not in session for team sports like soccer or softball.
